Their high, vaulted wooden ceilings, which have been traditionally reconstructed, provide balance and serenity. The ample space is designed to be cosy and functional so that you can enjoy the calm with extra privacy and reconnect with yourself.Accesible Double This room with its vaulted ceilings and handcrafted terracotta floors will captivate you with its quiet charm and whisper of Jewish history. Fully accessible for people with reduced mobility, its spaciousness and large window with shutters provide serenity and comfort and you can adapt the ventilation and natural light to your preferences. Their ceilings, whether vaulted or wooden, are a clear representation of the traditional building methods used in Extremadura's stately homes. They are spacious and with their large windows, porticos and alicantinas, you will be able to adapt the ventilation and light to your preferences. Clay, limestone and wood are the three essential ingredients that make up the spirit of these rooms.

Read MoreCasa Ernestina is a small rural hotel in a 19th-century listed building situated in Zafra's historic, central and tranquil Jewish Quarter. The building was recently refurbished (with works ending in 2022) during which its original elements were preserved and materials from the region were used to maintain its authenticity and spirit.
In addition to its 8 rooms and 2 studios, there are spacious common rooms with different atmospheres, terraces, patios and a swimming pool. You won't be short on places to read your book, chat with friends over a beverage of your choosing or to just sit back, relax and enjoy life's simplest pleasures whether that's in the pool under the orange tree, in the silence and tranquillity, or in the red skies of sunset.
Our light and spacious rooms, together with their enveloping and comfortable cotton linen, will make your stay a treat for the senses.
Our house is oriented to the adult public.Is ideal for those who are looking for tranquillity and comfort in authentic and lively surroundings where you'll be welcomed as one of the family.
Right now we can't offer you parking but you can get to our door to comfortably unload your luggage and park nearby.
