The Owners of Ernestina Country House are a doctor and his wife who is a teacher, They speak a little English and are pleased to allow others the use of their country house.

The house is situated in the typical country-side of Ragusa and has a swimming pool.

The area around Ragusa is famous in Sicily for Baroque of Ragusa Ibla and is near the beautyfull sea of Punta Braccetto and Punta Secca (which was the set for the film “Commisioner Montalbano”).

On your arrival you will find a welcome pack which will provide your first breakfast and first meal. It isn’t a bed and breakfast but you will find accommodation for six people in our holiday home .

The house is for six people, it consists of a living room with a kitchen corner and a little stove ,a bathroom, a double room, and a large bedroom with a gallery (there are two twin beds or a double bed upstairs and two twin beds downstairs) (it’s possible to add two extra beds). Outside there’s a large veranda that is covered by a tiled roof, patio table and chairs are provided.

The house has got a swimming-pool (6 m by 12 m) equipped with a diving-board, pool - side furniture and an annexe with showers and a toilet.

The house is equipped with TV set, a little library, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a fridge-freezer and a vacuum cleaner. Plus all cooking utensils and crockery.
